If your item is faulty/harmed or mistaken/deficient at the hour of conveyance,then inform delivery man or Ettadi help line within 3 days after delivered Product.
a.The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
b.The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
c.The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
Ettadi retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion before dispatch and for any reason which can include, but not limited to, the merchandise being miss priced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing misinformation or description arising out of technical or misprint or for the other reason.
In case of any cancellations of any order(s) due to inevitable circumstances the paid amount would be refunded as the customer. In This case customer need to report an issues refund category and should mention his/her desired refund type(i.e. bkash/bank) along with details (bkash personal number, bank account details)
If the customer cancels his/her order, then he/she will get refunded with his/her principal amount and will be disqualified for any kind of offers or cashback associated with the particular order.
The refund process may take up to 15 working days after apply for refund or more depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel.
The customer will not be eligible for any extra cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds. Ettadi Megamall is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.
